1. What is included in my subscription?
Each parcel will include a selection of hand picked cards & stationery from Katie Leamon. Though each month you will receive a surprise collection of seasonal paper goods, we will ensure that each box contains a few staples, such as birthday and thank you cards. Each box contains stationery worth over £30 RRP when purchased individually.
2. Is shipping included?
Yes. The price of a POST subscription includes shipping to one address. We post all UK boxes 2nd class Royal Mail and fit inside a large letter gift box, so you don’t need to worry about being home to sign for it. For international customers, we use Royal Mail international post. Please note that customers outside of the European Union (EU) may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.
3. Can I cancel my subscription?
For all refund and cancellation enquiries, please get in touch with us directly: email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
4. Can I return my POST box?
We select a surprise collection of luxury stationery goods each month and we hope that you enjoy receiving your POST parcels. If you are unhappy with your box and would like to return it, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it: firstname.lastname@example.org You will be expected to return the full box of un-used stationery at your own cost. We can not refund individual items from your parcel.
5. What do I do if my POST box has not arrived?
We send all subscriptions via 2nd class Royal Mail. For UK customers, please allow up to 3 working days for it to arrive. International customers, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. 6. Can I sign up to POST if I live outside of the UK?
Yes! We now offer a monthly rolling subscription to international customers (all customers based outside of the UK) To purchase an international rolling subscription, select ‘international subscription’ on the sign up section.
